Are you a detail-oriented data enthusiast? We're looking for a full-time, permanent Data Administrator to join our vibrant team in Newark for £24,000 per annum. This role promises the opportunity to grow and learn within an exciting sector.
THE ROLE
- Enter and manage data across bespoke industry packages.
- Provide data analysis and advice to key stakeholders.
- Handle inbound queries via live chat, phone, and email (up to 50 tickets).
- Assist in team projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Address complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Source and communicate precise information via B2B and B2C channels.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Data Administrator will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented and accurate approach to data analysis.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Multi-lingual (Dutch and German) advantage, but not essential.
