Closing Date 14th October 2024 Reference KPHNW24/09 AA Kingsbridge Healthcare Group are currently seeking to fill the role of Appointments Advisor One to One. The successful candidate will be based at our Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Ballykelly However, may be expected to travel to Kingsbridge Clinics in the Belfast area as and when required. Location: Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Churchill House, Ballykelly. Salary: £23,288 per annum Department: Hospital Services - Planning Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Sunday (Weekends on a rota basis) Responsible to: (Private) Patient Account Manager Accountable to: Hospital Manager Job Summary As an Appointments Advisor (One2One), the successful candidate will join a highly dynamic team responsible for scheduling surgical procedure appointments, as well as helping patients with any paperwork, or payment plan queries. The candidate will gain an in-depth knowledge of the Surgical booking process across a range of medical specialties. They will be a face-to-face point of contact for patients with queries relating to the cross-border initiative, surgical booking process or payment plan options. This position will be Rota based Monday - Sunday, when training is completed. We are looking for highly motivated applicants who are committed to producing quality outcomes and those who thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced and busy office environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Excellent customer service is something that should come naturally to you along with the ability to display empathy and demonstrate strong listening skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Scheduling of surgical procedures within specific time scales Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date relating to patient treatment Liaising with colleagues across a variety of teams Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of department Dealing with queries from patients over the phone, in person and via email, ensuring timely responses Help patients fill in paperwork and request documentation if required Liaising with external agencies in a professional and efficient manner The above list is not exhaustive and additional / alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.
