Trade Sales Assistant

Do you have experience working in luxury retail? Or do you have experience working in trade counter sales? Both types of experience are welcome for this role! Our client are the UK's leading supplier of timber doors and they're seeking a sales assistant to join their experienced and dynamic team in Reading. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - and every other Saturday. Duties: * To meet and greet customers and demonstrate excellent product knowledge around customer needs * Ensuring the order process is seamless * Resolving any customer issues * Ensuring the branch is tidy at all times * Supporting management duties when the manager is absent This role would suit someone who has experience working in a retail environment where there are many product lines and you can articulate those products inline with a customer need
