The Manchester College has many Campus locations across Greater Manchester, each with its own specialist cutting-edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest Further Education College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners. We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Attendance and Progress Monitor on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis. The role is based at our Harpurhey Campus however, flexibility is required to work on other campuses to meet the priorities of the curriculum areas. As an Attendance and Progress Monitor you will work as part of a team to support achievement by improving student attendance and punctuality and promote positive attitudes towards attendance. To be successful in this role, you will need: English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2. Experience of managing difficult conversations. Ability to work in a friendly and professional manner. Well-developed organisational and administrative skills. Ability to use own initiative. Flexibility and resilience.
