We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our Tempest team, working in a thriving mainstream secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, providing crucial support to their learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay on task and follow lesson plans. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources across a variety of subjects. Foster a positive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to enhance the learning experience. The Ideal Candidate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in managing classrooms and maintaining a productive atmosphere. Adaptability and flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups. A genuine interest in supporting the education and well-being of students. Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential). What We Offer: Competitive pay rates.
