Project manager

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Travel around Dartmoor, Newton Abbot, Exeter (Work from home as well) Salary: £51,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities of Project Manager: Oversee construction and renovation projects in the prison sector. Manage project budgets (£50,000 - £500,000) and multiple projects at different stages. Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and the Building Safety Act 2023. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Requirements of Project Manager: 3+ years of project management experience in construction/renovation with public sector, prison, or defence environments preferred. Project management qualifications. Strong organisational, time management, and people skills.
