UK Sales Director Audio Visual Location: London, UK Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 Fix £150,000 OTE About: Our client is a leading Audio Visual (AV) company in the UK, who are looking to hire a UK Sales Director (Player Coach) to help the business in the next phase of grown. The Role: As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing, and executing sales strategies, and leading and hire dynamic sales team to achieve company targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and positioning the business as a leader in the AV industry. What You’ll Be Doing: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Identify new market opportunities and design initiatives to capture these markets. Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth across all product and service lines. Meet or exceed sales targets in terms of revenue and profitability. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, channels, and partnerships. Lead efforts to expand the customer base. Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations for net new business, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting. Ensure efficient and effective sales processes are in place. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, account management, and customer support to align sales strategies with company-wide goals and enhance overall customer experience. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT sector. Provide insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team, keeping them updated with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge. What They’re Looking For: Experience: Sales leadership roles, preferably within the AV, Fitout, Collaboration or IT Services Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets. Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and executive leadership. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with sales forecasting and CRM tools. Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs within the IT industry and the ability to build strong client relationships. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed sales targets. Network: Established network within the industry is a significant advantage. Why Join?
