The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing P&L responsibilities, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Financial Performance: Oversee the financial health of the Industrial Refrigeration business, ensuring achievement of annual financial goals in terms of Gross Margin, EBIT, and Return on Sales.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sales, design, and field operations professionals to meet business objectives.Commercial Excellence: Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities for an industrial refrigeration business.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of the industrial refrigeration industry and its regulatory landscape.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Benefits:Attractive Salary plus bonus and benefits offered
