Job Description   We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated architect to lead technology investigations for data centre and networking compute subsystem and SoC solutions. This critical role involves overseeing technology investigations and working with system architects on aligning technology investigations with solution roadmaps spanning a five-year horizon. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our infrastructure solutions and driving innovation within the team.   Responsibilities   Lead technology investigations within the infrastructure solution design space. Collaborate closely with technology investigation teams and compute subsystem and SoC architects to ensure technology alignment Identify and evaluate new technologies that could improve our designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multi-functional teams to implement identified technologies. Communicate findings and recommendations to team members, including senior management and engineering teams. Develop and maintain a long-term technology strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.   Required Skills and Experience   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years’ experience in technology investigations or related roles Strong understanding and leadership history in delivering infrastructure SoC designs Expertise in multiple areas, including A-Class Arm CPU technology, power management, clocking, coherent and non-coherent interconnects, PCIe/CXL, multi-level caching architectures, functional profiling & debug, security and access control, virtualization, memory hierarchies, 2.5D/3D packaging, performance/power modelling & estimation, hardware-based accelerators, and DRAM memory technologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional projects.   “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience   Experience with advanced semiconductor technologies and design methodologies. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies within the SoC domain. Experience in a leadership role within a similar technological environment.
