As a Family Support Worker, you would work with families on a day-to-day basis and provide detailed assessments. The role would involve observing and recording interactions, promoting positive parenting, and working alongside other professionals to provide advice and guidance. Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months practical experience within the care sector. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
