This position reports to the Head Chef & Executive Chef. Working pattern: 5 days per week / Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off. Salary: £28,000 annually + Service charge We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment as a Pastry Chef de Partie with over 2 years experience. A skilled professional with the ability to oversee specific kitchen sections and with a proven track record of upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of the dining experience.
