?? Hybrid:

  • Based anywhere in the UK or Europe
  • Monthly commute to Paris (all travel expensed)
  • Relocation and Visa support to Paris

?? Salary: DOE up to £100k + Stock Options + £1000 monthly learning budget + many other perks!


I’ve partnered with a rapidly growing Series B start-up renowned for its widely used photo-editing software. Their leading Mobile, Desktop and API has already been used by over 150 million users across more than 180 countries! They are now ready to hire a Growth Marketing Lead with an exceptionally strong background in B2B and enterprise sales to join their multi-disciplinary team (made up of the VP of Growth, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Engineers) and help them go to the next level ??.


About the role:

  • You will be identifying B2B clients within existing B2C user bases and bringing qualified leads to the sales team
  • You will craft and own the strategy and execution for the growing of our client’s API funnel – THE MISSION: to drive activated sign-ups for product led sales and growth!
  • You will be focusing on scaling enterprise marketing efforts and GTM
  • You will be owning the B2B customer funnel and implementing growth tactics across all growth channels (SEO, CRO, landing pages and mobile conversions, Paid Media, Social Media campaigns to maximize growth

  • You will be working with Design, Engineering and Marketing teams as well as the Enterprise Sales and Partnership team!


About you!

  • You are data-driven and have experience with "0 to 1" experience in building growth strategies
  • You are confident in optimising TOFU and understand how to conduct growth experiments
  • You have a proven track record of working with sales teams
  • You know how to market a SaaS product towards a technical AND product-orientated audience (developers, etc)
  • You know how to leverage SaaS products as a primary tool for marketing, education, and user acquisition
  • You have a Product-led Growth background, familiar with product-qualified leads (PQLs) and product-qualified pipelines
  • You are keen to share your knowledge so that the team can learn from your experiences!
  • Start-up background - A MUST


Our client is flexible offering remote work from anywhere in Europe but is ideally looking for English speakers as the whole team speak English as the main language. They work on a fully remote basis but do monthly/quarterly meet-ups in Paris, all travel expenses will be paid for, for these meetings.
