An exciting CNC Turner position has become available in Leek at a precision engineering company. Job Title: CNC Turner Setter Operator Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Thursday - 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday - 7:00am to 12:00pm Rate: £15 - 18 p/h The Job * Setting, and operating machines * Interpretation of drawings and 3D digital files * Maintain clean and tidy stations * Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications. * Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork. * XYZ controls * G codes * Training is available! Requirements * Time served / equivalent experience in a precision machining company * Relevant Engineering Qualification * Ideally Apprentice Trained * Working to tight tolerances * Experience of working with a wide range of materials including , Inconel, titanium, mild steels, brass, aluminium-bronze, bronzes, aluminium, plastics, super duplex etc. * Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail * Team Player * Flexible What Next?
