The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children in a mainstream primary school located in Romford, offering excellent transport links and parking. The school fosters a positive and inclusive environment, where every child is encouraged to thrive and feel secure. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be fully supported in your role, and given the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact. You should be equipped to manage challenging behaviour and respond effectively to difficult situations, ensuring each child receives the care and support they need.
