About the Role: Table Hosts: You're the face of the pub, creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring our guests feel at home. Food Runners: Perfect for hospitality newbies, delivering food and drinks with a smile while supporting the team. No experience? No problem! We value energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering a 'WOW' guest experience. What You'll Do: Greet guests with a smile, making sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they walk in. Deliver food and drinks with care, creating those special "WOW" moments. Keep the pub looking perfect-setting the mood with candles, lighting, and music. Help guests navigate the menu, offering recommendations and answering questions confidently.
