Assistant property manager (ftc 12 months)

You could be the Assistant Property Manager working directly for the landlord and playing a pivotal role in the onsite team. (This is a 12 Month Maternity Contract) What you’ll be doing… * Assist with the management of contractors in hard & soft services, such as cleaners, security, and maintenance staff. * Working closely with the onsite team to plan preventative maintenance, tender contracts, and provide support for financial activities. * Liaise with onsite tenants in commercial & retail while ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are complied with.
