One thing that really impressed us with this client was their commitment to their staff, they put a huge amount of effort into staff development and carry the ethos that the well-being and happiness of their staff is one of their main priorities.  The majority of management positions are recruited from within and celebrate a culture of promotion and support!  We are supporting this client by recruiting for an Operations Support Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of support the people using their services receive, is continually improved upon and remains incredibly high.
