Exciting Opportunity: Senior Sales Executive Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for innovation? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join a cutting-edge company based in Hammersmith, London. Additional Details: Expected sales performance: £30,000 per month, targeting £80,000 ARR in the near future. Average sale price: £299 per advisor per month, with a sales cycle of approximately one month. Commission structure: 5% on every lead. Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 2 days on the road) Salary: £60,000 base Uncapped Commission (OTE: £130,000) Start Date: Last week of October About the Role: In this pivotal role, you’ll drive sales strategy, secure enterprise deals, and form strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to fuel the company’s growth and expansion, playing a key role in their innovative approach to transforming the financial advisory industry through automation and advanced technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to secure enterprise deals and build valuable partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with the CEO and CCO on growth initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in financial services or B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in enterprise sales. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial advising or relevant B2B SaaS experience. Skills: Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills. Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Passionate about learning and embracing challenges. Interview Process: Initial meeting with the CEO. Follow-up meeting with the CCO. Two-stage interview process leading to an offer.
