Children’s Residential Support Worker (Part-time) Location: Burton Area Salary: £12.82 - £13.50 per hour Type of Contract: Part-time (2-3 days a week, flexible) Shifts: Day shift, Night Shifts, Weekend Shifts Start Date: As soon as possible (we appreciate notice periods) Setting: Residential The Role: As a Residential Support Worker, your primary mission is to empower children with special needs to grow more independent. With no prior experience required, this is a great opportunity for someone with the heart and determination to work with children. Full training will be provided, so you’ll feel prepared and supported every step of the way. In this role, flexibility is key—whether you choose day shifts or nights, we’ll tailor your work to complement the needs of the site. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding and nurturing young minds, providing essential care, and fostering a supportive environment where the children feel secure and encouraged to explore their potential. You'll monitor their progress, handle day-to-day care, and work closely with a team committed to enriching the lives of these children. The Environment: Our residential site is focused on creating an immersive and supportive setting for children with special needs. With hands-on experiences like learning on-site at our farm, the environment is designed to stimulate growth and learning in a child-centered atmosphere.
