International Tax Manager

FIXED TERM CONTRACT 15 MONTHS | STARTING OCTOBER 2024 This multinational FTSE100 giant holds a key position in several distinct industrial markets. With operations in every continent, it delivers branded products and high value commodities to multinational corporate customers all over the world. As part of a large Global Tax Team, you will enjoy a flexible working model and be able to work both from home and in the heart of London. This interim role focuses on the delivery of international tax advice to support transactions and new country entry across Africa and Europe. Reporting to the Regional Tax Director, and working closely with the Senior International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing support on tax advisory matters, as required, for various projects in the Region Assist with ad-hoc cross-border tax advisory projects, including group financing, M&A etc. Assistance as required with other group tax projects, including Pillar 2 Building relationships across the broader finance team to help drive the tax agenda UK corporate tax trained, Big 4 or Top Tier Able to start a new contract in October or November 2024 Proven international tax advisory experience, direct/corporate tax focus Ability to lead projects in a complex multinational environment Able to work in the office at least 2 days every week Flexible home working, with access to superb Central London HQ A competitive base salary (Big 4 Senior Manager equivalent) Double bonus scheme (paid at midpoint and completion) Excellent double digit pension contribution scheme
