Junior Sous Chef - up to £15 * per hour (OTE £37,500**) **OTE is based on a 48-hour working week and the Tronc is calculated from the expected 6 months' site average The Royal Forest, Epping Forest, Ranger's Rd, London E4 7QH Our fifth Pub with Rooms will open in Epping Forest we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our fantastic team in our newest opening with rooms. The site is currently undergoing a massive transformation and will have a 150-cover dining room and additional bar seating for 95 covers as well as a beautiful garden with over 100 covers and 31 beautiful boutique bedrooms.
