Graduate LSA

Location: Romford Salary: £85 - £120 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate LSA to join our secondary schools in Wickford, starting immediately. As a Graduate LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development, ensuring they reach their full potential in a nurturing environment. In this position, the Graduate LSA will be responsible for providing targeted support to students, both in the classroom and during various school activities. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive. Key responsibilities of the Graduate LSA include: Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to meet the needs of individual students. Providing one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers to their education. Collaborating with the SENCO and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans. Encouraging students’ social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance. Monitoring and recording student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. The ideal Graduate LSA will have a degree, a strong commitment to helping students succeed, and a genuine interest in education.
