International Payroll Specialist£65,000-70,000Full-time, PermanentLondon, UK (Hybrid Working)Are you an experienced payroll professional ready to take on an exciting role managing international payroll across multiple regions?Are you looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your expertise can make a global impact?This could be the perfect opportunity for you!A leading multinational company is seeking a skilled International Payroll Specialist to manage their global payroll operations across the UK, Germany, Italy, and APAC.International Payroll Specialist - Key Responsibilities:Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager in processing monthly payroll for various international regions.Prepare and submit payroll data to external providers, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.Reconcile payroll data and provide analysis for gross and net payments.Ensure timely submissions and payments for payroll liabilities, including pensions and HMRC.Respond to payroll queries from employees, internal partners, and vendors with a customer-focused approach.Stay compliant with pension auto-enrolment regulations and support the annual P11D process.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate payroll inputs are captured and processed.International Payroll Specialist - Ideal Candidate:3+ years of experience in global payroll processing for 800+ employees across multiple regions.Strong experience in managing payroll for the UK and international regions, particularly APAC and Europe.Previous experience with ADP payroll systems (preferably ADP Celergo).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and knowledge of in-country employment policies.Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.Sound like the challenge you've been waiting for?
