Working alongside Michelin starred Chef, we are looking for a passionate and capable candidate to head our Patisserie and our Viennoiserie teams. Responsibilities: Lead the section and be part of a teamProduction planning and execution Bake cakes and pastries Confident with mixing, scaling and bakingUsing commercial machinery & hand shaping doughsReliable in following procedures and recipes in bulkInspect baked goods to ensure they are of the highest qualityWork safely and to a high standard of health & hygiene Hours & Shifts: We offer flexible working - shifts or hours - across the day and weekFull time is 45 hours per week - 5 shifts of 9 hours eachPermanent contract About You You will have a passion for good food and quality produce and take pride in your workYou will have at least 2 years experience working within a commercial bakery or kitchenYou will enjoy working as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and developSalary & Benefits: £40,000 salaried full timeYou will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
