If so, this could be a great role of you. The CRM and Data Manager is an integral part of Verdantix’s innovative and fast-moving marketing function. On a day-to-day basis you’ll work with colleagues across our research, advisory and sales organizations to identify improvements to our CRM use, develop martech solutions, and manage the client and prospect data that fuels our business. You’ll oversee our relationships with vendors and suppliers and execute special projects that drive marketing and sales efficiency. This role requires a mix of both technical and collaboration skills and is ideally suited to someone who likes solving problems and learning about new tools and tactics. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team that places an emphasis on teamwork and rapid delivery. This role is paying in the region of £42,000 to £46,000 base, plus a competitive quarterly bonus.What you’ll be doing…Oversee and manage Salesforce and Pardot, analysing all sources of CRM data including customer, transactional, engagement and product data, identifying key trends and turning this into actionable insights. Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to attract and retain customers, minimizing churn rates. Close collaboration with brand, marketing, and sales team members to ensure delivery of CRM activity is in line with the marketing strategy. Develop dashboards and reports, presenting key findings, interpreting results and impact on the business, and helping to shape improvements to the Salesforce CRM program. Training of colleagues on CRM processes Own the data acquisition and management programme Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies. What we're looking for...3+ years of experience working with CRM and other marketing technology, preferably in a B2B or B2C context. Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools. Understanding of how to purchase, work with and sort marketing data Ability to analyse metrics to provide insight to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders An interest in the role that technology can play in improving marketing processes. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
