Financial Reporting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager | Technology | Salary £75 - £85k + bonus & benefits I am currently partnering with a Technology company looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. My client is based in central London and they operate a hybrid working model, this role has come about due to growth across the company and extra support required.For this role I am looking for someone who is qualified ACA or equivalent and very strong experience of external reporting and someone who has experience working in a listed environment or a complex matrix structure. You will be comfortable communicating with the SLT and board when required, presenting yourself well.Responsibilities;Manage the annual and quarterly reporting process working with the rest of the finance team.Ownership of discrete accounting processes and related accounts disclosures.Production and oversight of the quarterly and annual reporting timetable.Coordinating the drafting of quarterly results releases/trading updates.Liaising with the external auditors on their audit of our consolidated group financial statements and internal controls.Setting and monitoring adherence to group accounting policies.Work closely with the Finance Director and other Senior leaders when required.You will need to have strong communication skills for this role and the ability to persuade and partner with different parts of the business.Salary for this one is £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus and extremely good other benefits.
