Consisting of restaurant, small events, afternoon teas and private dining. Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in hotel or busy restaurant, a hands-on approach, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills. Overseeing a team of 7+. Successful candidates will have a stable background and proven ability in training and development. The hotel has an excellent reputation and is a great choice for your next career move! Salary Starting Salary on offer from £42,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
