Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality technical training programs to managers across the UK
• Developing and maintaining engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to managers, ensuring knowledge retention and application
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in a corporate environment
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
