Keystone are a specialist recruitment agency located in Bristol. We are now looking for an Admin Assistant to join our small friendly team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the team, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner. - Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation. - Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. - Coordinate and facilitate office events, meetings, and training sessions. - Ensure office supplies are stocked and place orders when necessary. - Assist in the on-boarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in office administration or a related field. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. Experience: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role. Work Hours: - Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
