Senior Fulfilment Operative Rotherham Salary Banding £25,000 per annum Pin-Point are currently recruiting for a Senor Fulfilment Operative to join a manufacturing company based in Rotherham. You will be joining the the UK's largest direct mail producer. The DMC (Document Management Centre) is a dedicated mailroom facility handling low volume outbound mailing activity for a regulated financial services business. As Senior Fulfilment operative you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the order fulfilment process to ensure that letters are transferred, processed, and mailed in an accurate and efficient manner in line with client SLAs. Benefits * 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays * 10 paid sick days on successful completion of probation * Death in Service – 4 times annual salary * Commitment to your learning and development through Investors in People * Employee Discount Scheme across retail, supermarket, and leisure brands * Access to free health and wellbeing platform Fulfilment manager Role: * Support the management of the day-to-day operations and ensure all letters are mailed and completed. * Suggest and imbed process improvement strategies with the Fulfilment Manager to improve performance and KPIs. * Manage and report stock levels and managing replenishments to ensure efficient stock. * Conduct regular audits and identify recurring problems. * Support with supervision, training, escalating any concerns or issues with the Fulfilment Manager. * Always maintain GDPR compliance throughout the department * Ensure you understand and follow the company policies with regards to system, data and physical security at all times * Supporting with interviewing, selection, and onboard new employees. Skills Required: * Experience supporting and motivating your team * Experience working in a production environment * Experience doing HR duties: Recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard new employees. * Take responsibility for own development, actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement.
