Job Title: Class 1 Driver (Multi-Drop)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £15.28 per hour
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team in Peterborough. This is a multi-drop role that involves delivering and making approximately 10 collections per day. You will also behandling a mixture of palletised and loose loads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with self-loading and managing deliveries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering to customers- Palletised and loose loads
• Completing around 10 collections per day across Peterborough and surrounding areas.
• Handling both palletised and loose loads, ensuring safe and secure transport.
• Self-loading goods onto the vehicle.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to various locations.
• Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhering to road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) license.
• Must have 12 months experience of driving a class 1.
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries.
• Ability to handle a mixture of palletised and loose loads.
• Comfortable with self-loading and managing deliveries independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
