Accounts Supervisor

JSS Finance are excited to be partnering with an multi £M turnover Technology business in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a Accounts Supervisor to join their finance team.This is a great opportunity for a Accounts Supervisor who has an entrepreneurial attitude and wants to join a forward thinking, rapidly growing business where you can really add value.This is a varied role combining management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and implementing/improving processes and systems. You will be working across multiple entities across multiple countries and will be given the opportunity to progress and grow with the business while gaining exposure to month end.As the Accounts Supervisor you will be offered an annual salary of up to £60,000 with flexible and fully remote working.Key responsibilities:Provide strong leadership to the accounting operations teamProject Set-up / AR / Invoicing / CollectionsEnsure accurate and timely processing of client invoices and project expensesSupport collections analysis to maximize DSO efficiencyEnsure accurate and timely processing of vendor paymentsOversee credit card and expense processesSupports vendor analysis and drives cost reductions when appropriateResolve any issues or discrepancies related to transactional accountingCollaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize functionalityAssist management with important financial decisionsProvide support for company annual auditsParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes during mergers, acquisitions, or system implementationsKey requirements:At least 3 years' experience working in a similar finance roleExperience managing offshore and external transactional teamsExperience using an ERP Accounting systemAbility to work autonomously in a fully remote roleA proactive approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and resiliency to changeWhat's on offer:Offering an annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000A varied and fast paced role within a successful, growing businessProgression opportunitiesFlexible work policy with fully remote workingApproachable and down to earth working culturePlease apply below or reach out to me at [email protected]
