Marketing DutiesDigital marketing; managing website content, social media & presentationsBranding; ensuring consistency in message, theme & appearanceLiterature; liaising with suppliers to design and produce printed literature in support of the commercial teamPlanning and delivery of trade shows, corporate events and company socialsPA DutiesAssisting the MD with diary and travel managementTaking and distributing meeting minutes, and chasing follow up actionsAssisting with report research and writingExpenses reporting Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed In order to be considered you will first and foremost need to thrive in a varied role and busy environment. You will ideally hold a qualification or Degree in Marketing (or relevant marketing experience), will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team, whilst maintaining discretion, tact and diplomacy.You will be IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and experience in web content editing using DotNetNuke (DNN) is an advantage.This role is 35 hours p/w (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) but may require some out of hours support at busy times, and in return you will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 p.a. dependent on experience.The previous post holder has been promoted several times, and now sits as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, showing that this is a great opportunity for progression with a business proven to promote well from within.My client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role, so we are only able to accept applications from those who can work in the UK without restriction.
