We are interested in hearing from consultants with two to five years relevant experience, either within the aviation sector, management consultancies, and those with Masters degrees from aviation-specific universities e.g.: Cranfield.At PA, we believe that a brilliant aviation consultant is curious, enjoys exploring new ideas, and with your sector knowledge, will be looking to evolve thinking and problem definition.  You will be capable of delivering high quality work to aviation clients, particularly in the areas of:Airline/airport ground operations/flight operationsAirline/airport commercial understanding in the areas of network planning, revenue management.Airline/airport technology, including operational and commercial systemsAirline/airport financial performance and business planningSustainability or environmental issues in the aviation sector including sustainable aviation fuelWe would expect successful candidates to be able to demonstrate: An understanding of the aviation sector and its structuresExceptional problem-solving and consulting skills (does not have to be for a consultancy)Experience of designing and delivering projects/programmes in a range of environmentsAn ability to work with colleagues in a multi-disciplined team.An ability to create/maintain an effective client network by nurturing key client relationshipsExcellent communication skills and confidence to work across all levels of a businessWe know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.Apply today by completing our online applicationAdditional InformationLife At PA encompasses our peoples' experience at PA.
