We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Regulation and Liaison Manager to join our team. As the voice of Data Privacy at Nationwide, you will play a critical role in ensuring ongoing compliance with emerging legislation and guidance, fostering industry relationships and attending key forums, and proactively communicating with the Data Privacy team and wider stakeholders.You’ll be working as part of a team of subject matter experts, working closely with the Data Privacy Operations and Advice Manager and Senior Data Privacy Manager to provide advice and guidance as to the strategic direction of Privacy at Nationwide.At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. You’ll also manage horizon scanning, keeping up to date with the latest guidance and regulator concerns, and sharing knowledge to the team and other interested stakeholders.About youSkills and experience:Experience of working within a Data Privacy function with a relevant qualificationExpertise in data protection legislation and it’s applicationProven track record assessing emerging risks and issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBe motivated, passionate and enthusiastic about your subjectOur Customer First behaviours are all about putting customers and members at the heart of how we work together.
