System Engineer

Insight Global are seeking a Systems Engineer on behalf of a large Automotive Retailer for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extensions. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing user accounts and resolving authentication issues. You will also handle and troubleshoot Tier 2 and 3 tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your role involves fully troubleshooting some tickets, granting necessary permissions, and diagnosing issues to their root cause. For complex problems, you will either fix them or escalate to the appropriate team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. Must Haves: -Prior experience as a Systems Engineer -Proven experience with Office365 -Prior experience troubleshooting Tier II/III tickets -Previous experience with Quest -Previous experience with Entra ID/Azure AD Please note, this is a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom for a 6-month extended contract, Inside IR35, with the potential to be extended beyond the six months.
