About the Role: As an HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of their HR operations, handling everything from recruitment to payroll. Key Responsibilities: HR Support: Be the go-to person for HR queries, providing top-notch support via email, phone, and in-person. Administrative Excellence: Draft letters, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR. Recruitment Coordination: Post job vacancies, manage applications, and coordinate interviews. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and integrated. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and utilise HRIS and payroll systems. Payroll Assistance: Help prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring all adjustments are accurately captured. Who They’re Looking For: Whether you’re a recent HR or business studies graduate or have some HR admin experience, they want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyse and present data. A team player attitude with the ability to work independently. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in using HR Information Systems and maintaining data integrity. Ideally, a CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards it. Why Join Them?
