Job Description: Permanent Contracts ManagerLocation: CroydonWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our clients team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with NASC (National Access and Scaffolding Confederation) companies and possess excellent project management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee scaffolding contracts from inception to completion.- Ensure all projects comply with NASC guidelines and health and safety regulations.- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.- Resolve any contractual and commercial issues that arise.Qualifications:- Extensive experience in scaffolding management.- Familiarity with NASC standards and best practices.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or scaffolding management.
