Outsourcing Manager

Our client, a leading accountancy firm based in London's West End is looking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager. The firm's Outsourcing Department provide outsourced accountancy services primarily to small-to-medium sized businesses and individuals. Clients also include UK subsidiaries of international companies. The department's work focuses primarily on bookkeeping, VAT and management accounting. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a varied portfolio of clients; each with unique requirements - Being jointly responsible for supervising a team of Bookkeepers - Overseeing bookkeeping for clients' entities; including: updating sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliation of bank transactions, processing expenses and updating journals - Overseeing the preparation of management accounts & VAT returns for your clients - Providing additional services including invoicing, credit control, cash flow forecasting and processing payment runs - Liaising with colleagues in other departments regarding the production of statutory accounts, tax returns and payroll for your clients - Client billing This is a fantastic opportunity to join an independent firm with a friendly and supportive team culture.
