Senior Architect

Our Client a leading player in the Architectural Industry Sector specialising in delivering design projects both commercial and residential are looking to attract a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and a solid background in using Revit. This role offers an opportunity to lead significant projects while mentoring junior architects. As a Senior Architect, you will be expected to oversee all phases of design and construction while ensuring that projects align with both client needs and the Company' high standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions.Manage the design process, from initial sketches to technical documentation, using Revit.Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and consultants.Key Requirements:Must be part 3 qualified with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) in the UK.Proficiency in Revit: Advanced skills in Revit are essential.Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.Experience in leading project teams and managing complex projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to a variety of audiences coupled with exceptional problem solving skills and a dynamic "can do approach".Experience in managing BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.Knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Attractive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.For an immediate introduction to this opportunity and confidential discussion reach out to me today [email protected] or call +353 873606867
