Key Responsibilities.

• Build your own brand portfolio while enhancing multiple sales skills, from business development to negotiation and objection handling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs to effectively match them with suitable candidates.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit between clients and candidates.
• Provide exceptional ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
