Afternoon Warehouse Operative

Menzies Distribution have an excellent opportunity for 4x Warehouse Operatives to join our team on Junction 41 in Wakefield.  THE DETAILS: Shift Pattern: Monday - Wednesday - 13:30pm - 00:00am / Thursday - 14:00pm - 22:00pm Salary: £11.89 pen hour Location: Telford Way, Wakefield, WF2 0XW WHAT YOU WILL DO: Picking and packing of magazines and newspapers  Scanning of magazines  Checking the quality of packed orders Locate over-stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy Adhere to company procedures and policies Unload, load, sort and scan deliveries  WHAT YOU NEED: Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment Problem-solving skills Computer literate An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working to strict deadlines A FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential BENEFITS: Pension Scheme Life Insurance  Cycle2Work scheme Employee Assistance Program SPIRIT Awards - Peer to Peer recognition INCLUSION Menzies Distribution is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment, where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
