Maternity Fixed term contract September 2024 to January 2026


As the HRIS and Process Manager you will drive the performance of the HR systems for excellence by ensuring maximum efficiency and quality at all times. You will own the system and process improvement agenda and deliver effective solutions throughout the employee lifecycle aspects.


Your ability to use data to inform decisions and systems to simplify working practices will enable you to further develop the transactional services that are offered and add value to the company.

You will be responsible for providing leadership for the transactional and operational tasks for Shared Services, whilst also being happy and willing to get involved in the day to day operation with key stakeholders.


The shared services team are a critical component in ensuring that all aspects of the employee transactional life cycle are undertaken within contractual, regulatory, policy and legislative frameworks.


This role will afford you the opportunity to lead the integration of our time and management attendance systems to a new provider.


In this role, you will manage the HR Administrator and report to the HR Business Partner.
