Early Careers Recruiter - 6m temp - Media

Handle are helping an iconic media business to bring an extra pair of hands to their Early Careers team to support on their internship programme for 6 months. The ideal role for a talent or recruitment professional looking to get exposure to early careers!Every year they run this programme, the team receive over 10,000 applications! And the team run the full process from the initial advertising and promotion, to careers fairs and socials. As well as briefing with the hiring managers, screening, shortlisting, interviewing – eventually presenting 5 candidates to each hiring manager to interview. Then managing feedback and offer processes.The ideal candidate will have previous 360 recruitment experience and will be used to working in fast paced environments. Familiarity with creative industries or early careers programmes would be useful but not a necessity.This is a temp role, so will be paid on a day rate and the team have a hybrid working policy.If you are available to start straight away, please apply now!
