As a GIOVANNI RASPINI Sales Associate you will build client loyalty through the quality of your welcome, your ability to understand expectations, and the pertinence of your advice. In this way, you are constantly growing the store’s performance and the client base whom need to have connection to our house. A strong work drive and to support the business team always is a must, as GIOVANNI RASPINI aims to grow in the UK and the London boutique where the role is mainly based, is a key component.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES •To embody the values of the brand delivering an unique, distinctive shopping experience to the client in challenging trading times •Able to follow directions accurately and work with colleagues as well as alone •To increase sales performance for good business health •To ensure extreme accuracy in procedures with day to day operational duties as well as in meetings or events that may occur  •Meet inventory accuracy •To contribute to all “non-sales” activities (opening and closing the store, cashing up, taking phone calls, management of stocks/inventories, store security, etc.) •Supporting HQ and PR partner to improve visibility of brand and manufacture in the UK •Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and floor set standards •Perform daily paperwork and computer file work •Enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding conduct guidelines •Balance duties stated to help move the business forward, as a long term business goalPRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED •2 years minimum of luxury experience preferred, however positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must-we will train and in return we want a determined individual to grow with us •English fluent. Second language is a plus •Computer literacy COMPETENCIES REQUIRED •Excellent communication & interpersonal skills •Strong community ties and ability to develop loyal client base •Client Focus to growing relationships •Maintaining uniform guidelines and grooming standards •Must have strong operational skills
