MEP Planned maintenance Engineer

FBR on behalf of our client are looking for an MEP planned maintenance engineer.

Ideally both Electrically and Mechanically.

Or open to individual positions.

Commercial setting- Hospital

Mechanically - Oversee AHU, Boiler replacement/Upgrades, Chillers, Heating systems.

Ideally have FGAS but not 100% essential.

Open to having a basic DBS before starting.

Electrically- Fire alarm, door entry checks. Water temp checks, lighting install/upgrades.
