The Role As a  Trainee Sander, your responsibilities will include: Preparing of composite or aluminium panels by using handheld tools. Using measuring tools such as micrometers and verniers. Learning to read and interpret technical drawings. Utilizing a variety of hand & power tools. Filling the panels prior to them being sprayed. Preparing units for spraying through sanding & smoothing. Suitability While no prior aerospace experience is necessary for these  Trainee Sander roles, candidates must have experience in a relevant field.
