Team Leader - Management Accounts

As the IoT Solutions Lead, you will engage and partner with companies operating global logistics networks, understanding their unique challenges and developing tailored IoT-driven solutions that leverage our platform capabilities. This role combines sales, solution development, and account management to drive platform adoption and foster long-term client relationships Solution Development & Delivery : Lead the design, development, and implementation of IoT-enabled solutions tailored to the specific needs of global logistics networks, with an emphasis on real-time data visibility, asset tracking, automation, and operational optimization. Strategic Client Relationships : Act as a primary point of contact between global logistics network operators and internal teams, providing insights into client needs and industry trends to inform platform enhancements and new use cases. Drive revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships with clients, identifying and implementing upsell opportunities, and exploring additional services and platform features that provide added value. Technical Expertise in IoT & Automation : Proven experience in deploying IoT, robotics, or industrial automation solutions within logistics or supply chain environments, ideally with both commercial and operational exposure. Solution Design & Sales Acumen : Strong background in solution design, sales, and account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries. Relationship-Building Skills : Excellent client-facing abilities with a demonstrated focus on building and maintaining strategic, long-term client partnerships.
