A role has arisen within a global organisation for a European 02C Transformation Lead to join a company based in Bracknell on an initial temporary basis. This role will bridge the gap between the business and the oversees, outsourced Shared Service Centre. Responsibilities: Operations Lead team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the O2C processes. Manage relationship with outsourced shared service provider to ensure effective performance. Ensure processes are managed and completed within issued deadlines and to a high standard. Oversee the O2C process performance. Develop, maintain and monitor a set of Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of the O2C processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement key reports to support the business.Process Owner Own the European O2C end to end process. Develop and implement Pan E processes that are consistent, efficient and aligned with Honda Motor Europe's strategic goals. Ensure optimal use and adoption of technologies and automation. Maintain knowledge of external developments in the O2C process area to ensure up to date understanding of industry best practice and regulation changes. Serve as the European champion for O2C by partnering with regional leadership in Business, Finance, IS and other stakeholders to promote O2C objectives and to resolve issues and non-compliance. Collaborate with other relevant teams to ensure that all processes integrate with other finance and non-finance processes. Contribute towards the constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of the finance systems and the finance master data to ensure uninterrupted business continuity. Ensure all processes are documented and all process documentation is up to date and in line with industry best practice.Data Quality Develop quality controls to ensure processes meet data quality guidelines.Training/Knowledge sharing Provide regular and timely training to all relevant stakeholders. Develop training materials that can be utilized effectively, utilizing both self-serve and delivered methodologies.Strategic Projects Provide process expertise and guidance to support project development.Governance and Compliance Provide governance and oversight, establish/enhance existing process controls to ensure all governance requirements are met. Co-ordinate preparation of required materials to meet SOX and Internal Audit requirements.Relationship Management Work closely with Finance, IS, Shared Services and other business stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are understood and meet business needs.Change Management Work closely with IT, Projects, Business Stakeholders and other Process Owners to manage the demand for changes and ensure that the impact of change requests are fully understood. Act as key stakeholder to assess the impact of business change on the O2C processes. Provide guidance and insight to business and project teams to ensure change impact is understood and change is smoothly implemented. Own the benefit realisation and measurement for project improvements within the O2C processes. Influence operational stakeholders and key leaders to drive O2C process improvements throughout the business.Team Management Lead the Pan E O2C team and direct the work of the O2C offshore Shared Services teams. Create a culture of continuous improvement within both teams.Requirements: Experience working as a O2C Process owner within a large multinational business. Strong leadership and management skills coupled with full commitment to results achievement & accountability. Experience of Shared Services Centre or related contact centre operations. Leadership responsibility managing teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders. Strong customer focus with highly consultative approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to speak to technical teams. Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management as well as internal and external partners. Self-motivated and capable to take initiative to drive change. Flexible and proactive attitude and open to implement change. Ability to motivate others towards a common goal. Ability and willingness to travel.
