They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join the dynamic team and help shape the future of our digital transformation journey.Job Summary: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that meet our business needs in the financial services sector. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to develop scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.Customization and Development: Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce features, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.Data Management: Design data models, workflows, and security configurations that align with the organization's data governance policies and compliance requirements.Integration: Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, including code reviews, testing, and validation of Salesforce solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's Salesforce platform.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role.Extensive experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similar Salesforce products within the financial services industry.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce mobile app.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with data modeling, process automation (Flows, Process Builder), and custom application development on the Salesforce platform.Knowledge of integration tools and strategies, such as Mulesoft, Informatica, or custom REST/SOAP APIs.Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect; additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Financial Services Cloud Consultant are a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
